This has nothing to do with English, but I learned if you work hard with what you're drawing you can actually get hurt. I also learned if you don't have more than one person leading than things get really out of hand. For example; Science, Math, and Engineering, all things that actually work together. If you're great at Math you can be great at Science. If you're great at Science you can be great at Engineering. And you have to have more one person checking on stuff, leading, and working. 'Cause in Science, there are theories that you have that are right until other Scientists find something about it that's wrong. It's like the saying "You are innocent until proven guilty." This goes for Math and Engineering too. Engineering is kind of like writing, you will always need to recheck what you drew up as a plan or wrote, because if something's wrong either people won't like you're writing or your building could fall down and hurt a lot of people, maybe even kill some people. In math you do solve stuff, but the way you solve it will always change. If you didn't share leadership nor ideas in Math, Science, nor Engineering you, then the advances of Science, like; black holes actually have more two them than a hole that sucks everything in. Engineering, like; We pop machines where you push buttons and the pop comes out. This is basically shared leadership.
